    At Magic Beans Coffee, we roast every batch with care and stand behind the quality of our coffee. Here's how we handle returns:

    Whole Bean & Ground Coffee

    Because coffee is a perishable product, we're unable to accept returns on opened bags. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you're unsatisfied with the quality, please reach out within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement bag or a full refund.

    Unopened Bags

    Unopened bags in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

    Equipment & Merchandise

    Unused equipment and merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging for a full refund. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

    Email us at info@magicbeanscoffee.co.uk with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2-3 business days.
