We roast coffee in small batches and take great care over quality. As a natural agricultural product, flavour profiles can vary slightly between harvests — this is part of what makes specialty coffee special, and is not a defect.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or substitute products without notice, and will always communicate any changes that affect your order.

By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, for example in the case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is accepted.

You must be 18 or over to place an order.

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is taken at the time of order.

Subscription plans renew automatically on the frequency you select (weekly, fortnightly, monthly, etc.). You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next roast date through your account or by contacting us directly.

If a subscription order has already been roasted or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled for that cycle. Payments for dispatched orders are non-refundable except in accordance with our Returns Policy.

We aim to roast and dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates once an order is with our courier.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the courier. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve it promptly.

We currently ship to UK Mainland Only. Any applicable shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details. In summary, we're unable to accept returns on opened coffee, but we'll always work with you if something isn't right with your order.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.

We do our best to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee that all content is error-free at all times. We are not liable for any loss resulting from reliance on information on our website.

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the website at any time without notice.

All content on our website — including text, photography, branding, and design — belongs to Magic Beans Coffee unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or use our content without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magic Beans Coffee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you will not exceed the value of your most recent order.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or placing a new order after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
